Meet the Team

Everyone at WILD believes in young families. We work together in teams, with our WILD families, to provide our services, tell our stories, and campaign for the best possible future for young parent families everywhere.

We deliver WILD's work, with a whole family approach, supporting WILD's vision for young parent families. We have three Families Teams, working in East, Mid and West Cornwall. Our Families Team members also have individual focused work and connect with others who work with families.

Families Team

Jo Alleyne

WILD Families Worker –

Creative Children’s Focus

Jo loves that at WILD she can be there with families for some of their ‘firsts’ – first swim, first words, or first walk on the beach.  At weekends Jo can be found singing in her choir.

Charlie Cooper

WILD Families Worker –

Children’s Focus

Charlie likes to see children grow and develop, and loves messy play; the messier the better! At home, Charlie teaches dance, and has adventures with her two little boys.

Louise Cheetham

WILD Families Worker –

Children’s Focus

Lou was a young parent herself, and loves that she can make a difference for young parents and their children. In her spare time you’ll find Lou running; on trails, beaches…everywhere!

Rachel Rumsey

WILD Families Worker –

Children’s Focus

Rachel loves to see huge smiles and laughter on children’s faces. Rachel enjoys having a kitchen boogie, and curling up in front of a fire with a good book when it’s cold outside.

Carole Bason

WILD Families Worker –

Children's Team

Carole likes helping mums and dads gain confidence, and any excuse for a WILD party! In her spare time, Carole volunteers at a charity shop, and loves cuddles with her new grandson.

Louise Harris

WILD Families Worker –

Children’s Team

Louise likes creating fun nature walks with our WILD children. When she’s not at work, Louise crochets cute little creatures, and enjoys reading slightly-scary medieval fantasy books!

Sarah Morrish

WILD Families Worker –

Children’s Team

Sarah enjoys taking our children on trips out to the library, or the local art gallery. Sarah loves cooking, and long dog walks, when she’s not taking her children to all their different sports.

Tamar Morton-Clark

WILD Families Worker –

Dads Focus

Tamar loves working with families from different backgrounds, and how we learn from each other's experiences. She is passionate about supporting people, and relaxes by walking and eating chocolate.

Ian Graham

WILD Families Worker –

Dads Focus

Ian likes to see the joy when young parents and children play together. When Ian’s not working, he can be found with his little ones; walking, eating cake, and trying to play the guitar.

Luke Keast

WILD Families Worker -

Dads Focus

Luke is our resident poet, and likes that every day is different at WILD. At the weekends he enjoys time with his family, theatre, and trying to get fit at the pool and gym.

Becky Chard

WILD Families Worker –

Mums Focus

Becky enjoys learning from young parents, and loves messy play. In her spare time, Becky likes hula-hooping, jumping in puddles, and sleeping in a tent in the rain.

Geri Hiscott

WILD Families Worker - Mums Focus

Geri loves to see the lifelong friendships that develop between WILD parents. When she’s not racing around at work, Geri is busy with her four children, and learning songs on the ukelele.

Rosie Hunt

WILD Families Worker –

Mums Focus

Rosie says that working with amazing parents and children makes her happy. Rosie loves getting outdoors, being in the sea, and learning how to grow plants.

Charlotte Tomlinson

WILD Families Worker -

Building Futures

Charlotte is passionate about helping families with some of the more difficult things they are dealing with. At home you’ll find Charlotte baking cakes or out in the garden.

Clare Alvarez-Howard

WILD Families Worker –

Building Futures

Clare is proud that, at WILD, no one is judged for their past or for things they are going through. At home Clare is happiest in the kitchen feeding everyone, or growing plants in her garden.

Helen Prudames

WILD Families Worker –

Welcome Focus

Helen enjoys meeting our new WILD families, then seeing them grow in confidence. When she’s not at work, Helen likes to avoid the housework, and instead invent new cocktails!

Kim Lyall

WILD Families Worker –

Welcome Focus

Kim believes in the rights of young parent families. Kim loves to hear our WILD choir singing their hearts out, and at home she enjoys rowing, and cuddles with her grandchildren.

We develop our vision for the future, work out how we are going to achieve it, and make sure that we are always learning about how to do our best for young parent families. We connect with others, locally and nationally, who can help us make change happen.
