Our staff work within a Teams-based model. Power to plan and make decisions is shared, and equality of voice is promoted. All of this is based on building open, trusting relationships, where we can feel confident to reflect and learn, and come up with new ways to address challenges.

We don’t pretend our work is easy, and offer regular external supervision, and access to counselling and wellbeing support. Our Juggling Club supports those of us with caring responsibilities, and we offer support with life changes and events, such as menopause.
Leadership is collaborative and, instead of valuing people because of their job title, we value each other for our skills, hard work and creativity. So, you won’t see line management at WILD – instead you’ll see peer support and coaching. And you won’t see performance management; instead, collaborative learning and mutual accountability help us problem-solve together.
